International Leadership Training Institute (ILTI)
A Subsidiary of ITWLA
The vision for the International Leadership Training Institute (ILTI) was brought forth by Dr. Myles E. Munroe, president and founder of the International Third World Leaders Association (ITWLA) in Nassau Bahamas, and Dr. Lucile Richardson, curriculum developer and provost.
ILTI is designed to meet the needs of leaders at all academic levels beyond high school, who desire to become international, intercultural, inter-disciplined statesmen and women in every discipline. A statesman is someone who can move from one culture to another with ease and take on leadership in any chosen discipline.
Curriculum Features:

Full time One Year Diploma and Two Year Advanced Diploma in Leadership with concentrations in International Leadership and Biblical Leadership

Six Month Certificate Program in Arts Leadership with concentrations in Art, Media, and Worship
ILTI offers two distance education courses, “Self Discovery in Leadership Development” and “Personal Discipline in Leadership Development.” The completion of these two courses provides a Certificate in Personal Leadership Development.
